What an amazing building – once the original Railways head office it has been converted into a mixture of Quest and Resident apartments. Our task was to repair the main foyer ceiling where it had been water damaged.

With a three (3) storey scaffold; performing our tasks in situ with residents and guests of the hotel, it was a massive exercise of planning, communication with all stake holders and logistics – getting in and out in the shortest possible time frame.

We are proud to say that everyone thought the process and the results were Amazing.
